House Wash

At Thornapple Painting, we pride ourselves in our ability to provide an excellent house wash. Different types of sidings require different types of house washing techniques.

Soft Wash

Soft Washing is a relatively new field that has quickly become the new best practice for certain siding types. If you have a vinyl or hardie plank sided home, we highly recommend our soft wash. A Soft Wash is a chemical wash that removes organic matter such as moss and algae from your siding. Our chemical mix is plant and pet safe. Soft washing utilizes a low PSI application that prevents the premature aging of your vinyl siding which can occur with pressure washing. Our soft wash process will have your siding looking almost brand new!

Homes that receive any type of natural shading from surrounding trees are particularly prone to algae, moss & mold growth. We recommend these homeowners have us perform our soft wash annually to keep your siding clean.

Unfortunately many people neglect the outside of their home because they don't look at it as often as the inside of their house. Think about how often you clean your car or the inside of your home. When was the last time the exterior of your home was cleaned?

Power/Pressure Wash

For wood decks, driveways & walkways we recommend our power wash application. For driveways and walkways we use our power washing surface cleaners to remove built up dirt and freshen the look of your flat surfaces.
